The Excellence Certification model independently, objectively, and comprehensively evaluates the quality of an educational center’s English program. This certification model involves the analysis of students’ results, the teaching staff's performance, the leadership competence of coordinators, and the development of academic programs.
The school registers on the platform and conducts an online self-assessment of its organization and English program. Once completed, the school receives a detailed report that rates different areas and provides recommendations for improvement.
The school will also receive a final score that reflects the level of certification your school can obtain if your answers are properly verified during the certification process.
If your school has gained over 450 points in the self-evaluation, you can start the certification process. First, you have to request certification and provide information such as:
This report will be the basis for the on-site evaluation of the educational center.
After that, the school will need to verify the results obtained in the self-evaluation. To do this, the school must provide the following for each of the 22 areas analyzed on the self-evaluation: a description of the level of development reached, the scope of the related activities within the center, and any documents and records with which your answers can be verified. This information will be the basis for the school’s on-site evaluation.
An evaluator accredited by Excellence Certification will carry out an on-site evaluation to verify the information provided, set the final score and collect all information needed. If your school complies with all the requirements, they will then be able to recommend your school for certification.

In addition to the certificate, which is valid for three years, the school receives a detailed personalized evaluation. This report will provide useful information on areas of possible improvement.
